THQ is basically no more now that the Bankruptcy sale has finished. If you’re unfamiliar with what’s been happening, don’t live under a rock for a decade. They’ve pretty much destroyed themselves over the last 8-10 years and now we have the end result. Some of the purchases are expected and some are a little interesting, but the part that I find most intriguing is what didn’t get purchased. Darksiders was not purchased, or even bid on, by ANYONE. This is a little odd to me because they actually are pretty good games. Click the READ MOAR for the full list and let us know what you think in the comments.

South Park got bought! Yay! Oh, and Ubisoft must be pissed, being out bidded so much.
Uh Ubisoft is slowly moving towards being EA status with all its DRM and whatnot…
Have any of us played Darksiders yet? Might be why it wasn’t purchased….
You and I both played Darksiders dingus. If you’re referring to Darksiders 2, no. I’ve heard nothing but good things for 2 though and there is much room for improvement even if it does suck.
Yes I was talking about 2, now I enjoyed 1 but you and I were not exactly waiting in line to get 2. Not to say that problem is world wide but it may have something to do with it if the series wasn’t doing so well…
Very true, but who wouldn’t like Zelda on Steroids? I think that it should be picked up by someone and they can see what can be done as everyone that I talked to was at least happy with 2, even if they aren’t lauding it with praise.
