We’ve talked before about how have a Plus account is a good idea, but now it’s about to get even better. Starting next week your Plus account will branch over to the PS Vita, meaning that if you’ve ponied up the cash for the handheld you will get all of the same perks. Sure on paper it doesn’t sound that great at first, but Sony is instituting the “Your Instant Game Collection” campaign as well giving you access to 6 free Vita games in addition to the assortment already available on the PS3. And probably the best part is that your account is all consuming, not an individual account for each device, meaning that if you have both parts of the equation (Vita+Plus account) Christmas is going to come early.
