To those of you that were worried Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance would not follow the Metal Gear Solid standard of tactical espionage action. You were right, its a slice-n-dice crazy action boom town of lightning over the top epic-ness.
The newest trailer has been released in Japan at the Tokyo Game Show and I gotta say I’m still loving the use of the blade and the crazy battles showcased in this trailer. Almost like playing an anime, only well done (unlike almost every DBZ game ever made).
Since this is a Kojima project game, I personally will probably fanboi all over it regardless when it comes out next year, but only time will tell if it stays as awesome as it looks or turns into another Dirge of Cerberus.
