DEAR LORD LET’S HOPE! According to sources, REAL CURRENCY will be used to make purchases on the Windows 8 Marketplace. Now while this isn’t a verification that the change will make it’s way over to the 360, one can certainly hope that MS gets rid of this horrible “credit” system. Seriously though, it’s like they instituted the system to make things seem really expensive while at the same time making it so you don’t realize how much money you’re actually spending. While we now know that $10=800 MS Points, hopefully we won’t have to do extra math just to purchase something on our gaming systems. If only there were another system that already uses real currency like smarties…
Thanks to Gizmodo and The Verge for the info
lol the ps3 bucket system is still silly but seeing the real $$$ is always better.
Also true. They all need to do the Google and Apple way of purchasing through their stores, just a straight purchase as if you’re at a checkout counter.
