It’s a very cryptic video, but the thought after watching it is that Sony is going to preempt E3 and announce the PS4 (codenamed Orbis) in 21 days. This would make a lot of sense and a lot of dev kit specs have already been released and Sony doesn’t want to be behind Microsoft for a second generation in a row. Whatever the case, we’ll know more on 2/20/13.
*UPDATE *
The Wall Street Journal, citing unnamed sources, has confirmed the PS4 will be announced on the 20th and released later this year. They also state that the focus will be more on social gamig than hardware but specs described from the device kits would counteract that a little bit.
