What do GoW Ascension and The Last of Us have in common?
Absolutely nothing except that the demo for one will be bundled with the other. I always find these weird cross marketing tricks humorous because you know that they bundled one with the other because one is grossly more anticipated than the other. In this case, I believe they want to sell more copies of GoW

The PSN FINALLY meets your web browser!
You read that right folks, Sony has finally made purchasing of games from the PSN available on your browser. Sure it might seem like a trivial thing, but it’s about damned time! The update is a little underwhelming since you can’t make it auto push a purchase to your PS3, but at least you

Lasting from 1/29/13 to 2/12/13, you can download and destroy your friends on the beautiful new Crysis game. ALERT! Bad programming still rampant with horrible foresight!
I thought that we were getting beyond this type of bad programming after horrible examples like the Y2k issues, but I guess not. Not only are these stupid mistakes still around but it seems like the time to catching them is getting shorter and shorter. Case in point; The Vita has been out for about

The PSN will be down for routine maintenance from 8am-8pm PST on 1/17/13. Normally you can just ignore the time and say “darn, I can’t play online during that time”, but Sony is saying something a little different. The PS Blog posted this part earlier today: The PlayStation Store and Account Management will not be

End of the Line for PS2
It’s the end of an era as Sony announced the end of production of PlayStation 2 consoles in Japan. I know I’m known as the PC guy around here, but I do own a PS2. I’ve had many great times with the console and it’ll be sorely missed. Grand Theft Auto changed forever when the
